Who provides the service
Work is provided by DYT Solutions Group LLC, trading as DYT Home Services.
Service call and pricing
The service call is $79 + tax. It covers travel and diagnosis. The price for any repair or installation is explained to you before that work begins, and you decide whether to go ahead. There is no extra charge for evenings or weekends.
Parts
Where a part must be ordered, we tell you the cost and the expected wait first. Parts carry whatever terms the manufacturer of that part provides.
Access and safety
We need safe access to the appliance or work area. If a hidden condition makes the work unsafe or impossible, we stop and explain what we found.
Scheduling
We call ahead before arriving. If you need to change or cancel a visit, call (445) 326-9966 as early as you can.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is finished, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
